EXCHANGE POLICY

General Policy: Due to our limited inventory and the unique nature of our pieces, Angan Creations does not offer standard exchanges. However, ensuring you have the best shopping experience is our priority. We will gladly accommodate exchanges for damaged or defective products within 30 days of your original purchase date.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange.

Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for an exchange due to a defect or damage, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unused and in its original packaging).
  • It must be returned in the original shipping box.
  • You must include the physical shipping statement, receipt, or invoice as proof of purchase.

Non-Eligible Items: Please note that some clothing and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances. Angan Creations reserves the right to refuse any exchanges that do not meet our criteria.

How to Process an Exchange:

1- Contact Us: If you receive a defective item, please email us immediately at angancreations@gmail.com with your order issue. We are happy to point you in the right direction!
2- Ship Your Item: Once you have spoken with our team, mail the defective item, packing list, and receipt to the address provided by our support team.
3- Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Approvals & Rejections:

If approved: Your exchange will be processed. Our team will work with you to select a replacement product of equal or greater value. The customer must pay the remaining value if the replacement product is of greater value.

If rejected: Angan Creations is not responsible for shipping costs on non-approved items. Should the customer refuse to take back the item, a refund will be issued with a 50% restocking fee. 

Note: Angan Creations reserves the right to cancel an order or refuse shipping for any reason.
